Job Description
ESG Project Manager driving Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives for Printful and Printify. Collaborating on sustainability strategy and managing cross-functional projects for impact improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring environmental performance metrics, tracking progress toward sustainability goals, and furnishing stakeholders with regular reports.
- Creating and implementing environmental sustainability roadmaps, goals, and initiatives in line with the organization's ESG objectives and strategy.
- Conducting environmental assessments and audits to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement solutions to lower environmental impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate environmental considerations and best practices into product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Leading initiatives to lower energy consumption, minimize waste generation, and optimize our operations for resource efficiency.
- Participating in processes for DMA, LCAs, Resource Mapping, reporting, and other relevant tasks such as responding to client ESG requests.
- Supporting ESG communication and reporting efforts to strengthen the organization's standing as a responsible ESG partner.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including the ESG Ambassador Board, industry groups, and environmental organizations, to exchange best practices and further shared ESG goals.
Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in managing projects.
- Data-driven mindset: Demonstrated ability to approach tasks and decision-making with a data-driven perspective.
- Previous experience in ESG-related projects or initiatives is a plus.
