Job Description
Virtual Executive Assistant managing administrative and executive tasks for small businesses remotely. Assisting clients in achieving strategic growth through various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
- Oversee social media management and engagement
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations
- Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Provide excellent client care and support
- Assist with light event planning and coordination
- Manage and organize email correspondence
- Help create and maintain procedural documents
- Manage newsletters for distribution
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
- Fully equipped home office, including:
- A computer with the full version of MS Office 365
- A smartphone with email capability
- A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings
- Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
