Freelancer sales role focused on B2B prospecting for recruitment services. Remote work based in Brazil with commission structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Active prospecting of potential client companies
  • Commercial outreach to present Recruitment and Selection services
  • Passing qualified leads for closing

Requirements:

  • Reside in São Paulo (SP), Brazil
  • Prior experience in consultative sales and active B2B prospecting
  • Communicative, persistent and goal-oriented
  • Must have a laptop, internet connection and other necessary tools to execute sales — these are not provided by the employer
