Job Description
French-Speaking Telesales Representative engaging with clients over the phone. Working from anywhere in Greece in a motivated, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to French-speaking prospects and existing clients
- Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Present the company’s products and services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance
Requirements:
- Native or fluent French (C2)
- Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication
- Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
