Job Description

French-Speaking Telesales Representative engaging with clients over the phone. Working from anywhere in Greece in a motivated, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to French-speaking prospects and existing clients
  • Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
  • Present the company’s products and services clearly and confidently
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French (C2)
  • Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication
  • Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
