Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features from database to UI
- Bridge backend and frontend architectures
- Establish fullstack engineering standards for code organization
- Mentor future fullstack engineers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with at least 1-2 years in a senior IC or tech lead role at a high-growth startup or product company
- Expert in both React/TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)
- Strong database skills: PostgreSQL or similar
- Deep understanding of API design: RESTful patterns, GraphQL, authentication, error handling, and versioning
- Comfortable across the stack: can debug a SQL query, optimize a React component, and design a backend service with equal competence
