Job Description
Virtual Assistant managing bookkeeping and tax return tasks for US clients. Exhibiting a strong focus on secure client data handling and quality control in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly pulse scan: schedule, inbox, bottlenecks.
- 15-min Friday alignment call.
- Summaries of weekly outcomes.
- Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
- Back-up power/internet is required
Requirements:
- Has experience in handling the bookkeeping and tax return preparation tasks.
- An accounting or tax background is preferable
- Strong skills in Stripe or similar to handle the bookkeeping tasks for clients.
- Email management
- Client relationship management
- Billing collections and Financial reconciliation

- Admin systems and follow-up
- Exhibits familiarity with specific needs and dedication to each client.
- Prioritizes secure data handling, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding clients' financial information through secure login procedures, data encryption, and audit controls.
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools or unique client situations that may arise, ensuring accurate and responsive service.
- Maintains high standards of oversight and quality control, allowing for review and approval of all work before it is finalized and shared with clients
