Job Description
Support Specialist providing remote assistance to German-speaking clients. Troubleshooting inquiries and guiding clients through product features while ensuring a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality remote support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Guide clients through product features, helping them to make the most of our offerings.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members to identify areas for enhancing service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in remote support or customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
- A strong commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and building rapport.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and the desire to grow within a collaborative team!
