Job Description
Global Brand & Comms Manager shaping communications and brand storytelling for Coverflex across Europe. Leading video production and editorial strategy while enhancing community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global brand comms strategy
- Partner with Design and Marketing teams
- Own and oversee global video production
- Develop repeatable, scalable video storytelling frameworks
- Leverage AI-assisted creative tools
- Own the global editorial calendar
- Implement the global social media strategy
- Partner with leadership on thought leadership
- Integrate AI tools into editorial planning
- Build authentic relationships with HR and business audiences
- Design and scale community programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in communications, brand, content, or community roles
- Proven ability to build and evolve brand narratives
- Skilled in video storytelling and production
- Strong understanding of content formats
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong storyteller
- Deep understanding of social and editorial ecosystems
- Experience building and nurturing communities
- AI-fluent
- Fluent in English. Portuguese, Spanish or Italian fluency is a plus.
