Job Description
Head of Paid Media overseeing performance marketing for businesses and clients at WISE Digital Partners. Responsible for driving revenue growth and campaign performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance and profitability across Paid Search and Paid Social channels
- Lead and mentor Paid Media Managers and contractors, growing the department
- Develop high-impact strategies aligned with client goals and channel objectives
- Ensure elite execution within Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bing, YouTube, and additional paid platforms
- Support the sales team with scoping, pricing, and pitching media solutions
- Assist with tracking, attribution, and analytics within our proprietary tech stack
- Improve processes, workflows, automations, and vendor efficiency
- Lead client-facing strategy reviews and performance discussions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and shape our innovation roadmap
- Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts to increase lifetime value and retention
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Paid Media experience with strong multi-channel expertise
- 3+ years of experience leading people (teams, vendor partners, or both)
- Strong experience with both traditional retainer models and performance-based agency models
- Proven track record managing more than **$200k in monthly ad spend**
- Strong data analytics and attribution optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience with local and national clients across mixed industries
- Fluency in testing, iteration, and creative performance frameworks
- Familiarity with **GA4**, conversion actions, and CRM-connected reporting
- Experience in sales participation and growing accounts
- **Nice to Have:**
