Job Description

Project Manager for compliance overseeing major client needs at UTAC, centralizing all homologation requests and ensuring effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Centralize all homologation requirements for the major account(s) under their responsibility: negotiations, witness testing, test coordination, project prioritization, and dossier preparation
  • Provide concise, structured feedback to UTAC operational teams
  • Ensure effective communication to the client(s) of information necessary for their project(s)
  • Provide regular feedback to the client: production KPIs and schedule updates
  • Book test slots in UTAC internal laboratories
  • Ensure UTAC internal deliverables are provided: DE, negotiation sign-off, test report, etc.
  • Lead the scheduling process with the test departments
  • Coordinate with internal logistics
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration (ADV) for the invoicing process
  • Support and guide the client throughout the process
  • Escalate potential blockers
  • Negotiate necessary trade-offs and decisions with the client(s)
  • Represent and promote the group to the major account client within your area of expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year) to Master's degree (5-year)
  • 5 to 10 years' experience depending on initial education/training
  • English level: B1 (intermediate)
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Project management and scheduling
  • Ability to synthesize information
  • Organizational skills and task prioritization
  • Knowledge of service delivery processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively (team player)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with role-specific IT tools; Excel: advanced level
