Job Description
Auxiliar de RH supporting recruitment and selection processes at RHF Talentos in Brazil. Engaging with clients and managing HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes
- Prospect for new clients
- Participate in monthly HR administration for client companies
- Monitor operational routines of employees at client companies
- Monitor and control time and attendance for employees at client companies
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Reside in Itabira, MG (Minas Gerais, Brazil)
- Completed or in-progress studies in Human Resources preferred
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Disciplined and able to work independently
