Job Description

HR Performance Center Representative providing customer service support in benefits administration and handling inquiries. Assisting managers and employees with HR processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service support by responding to questions and performing benefits cycle processing and data updates.
  • Answers questions around network tier exceptions.
  • Follows standard forms, communications, and processes. Responds with standard communication but escalates to SME accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of HR Experience
  • High School Diploma
