Job Description

Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for independent health insurance agents, handling objections professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new leads and qualify potential clients
  • Set and schedule appointments for our independent health insurance agents
  • Professionally handle and overcome customer objections to successfully complete calls and set appointments
  • Maintain a pleasant and engaging demeanor throughout all interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health insurance telemarketing, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked for an independent Health Insurance agency
  • Excellent communication skills with complete English fluency
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Strong ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations
  • A solid understanding of the health insurance industry and its products is highly desirable
  • Must have proven experience using CRM systems. Prior experience with Top Broker is preferred
