Job Description
Intern supporting HR activities including recruitment and administration at BucherInvest GmbH. Responsible for creating job ads and managing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks
- Create job advertisements
- Pre-screen applications
- Obtain references
- Schedule appointments with candidates
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment
- Knowledge of processes across the employee lifecycle
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently with a focus on quality
- Basic IT skills are an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German
