Job Description

Intern supporting HR activities including recruitment and administration at BucherInvest GmbH. Responsible for creating job ads and managing applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Create job advertisements
  • Pre-screen applications
  • Obtain references
  • Schedule appointments with candidates
  • Various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment
  • Knowledge of processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on quality
  • Basic IT skills are an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German
