Responsibilities:

- Provide special region-related coverage
Requirements:
- Adept at understanding the geopolitics of Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia
- Able to understand the nuances of domestic/national politics in the specified regions
- Ability to analyze geopolitical subject matters from multiple perspectives
- Reliance on fact-based evidence rather than wish-thinking
- Understanding of the economic conditions in the specified regions
