Job Description
ITAM - Service Now Business Analyst at Netcompany driving efficiency and improving business processes with stakeholders and technical teams. Focusing on Hardware Asset Management and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and enhance the user experience.
- Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to increase efficiency.
- Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist with testing activities and create detailed documentation.
- Present findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year in ServiceNow implementations with HAM expertise.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting.
- Skills in analyzing large datasets and defining workflows.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in English and French (B2+) and familiarity with ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
