Job Description
Onboarding Specialist ensuring excellent user experiences for a SaaS platform. Engaging clients, conducting training sessions, and addressing user inquiries in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- **What does the VIP Advisory Onboarding do?**
- Ensures users have an excellent experience
- Sends outreach to engage customers
- Conducts training meetings
- Monitors the first three months of the customer journey
- Resolves users' questions and difficulties regarding use of the platform
- Analyzes and investigates customer reports of potential issues or frequent questions and, when necessary, escalates them to the tech team
- Shares feedback and suggestions with our product team
- Creates follow-up reports
Requirements:
- **What we're looking for:**
- At least two years of experience onboarding users for digital platforms (SaaS)
- Proactivity and empathy
- Excellent written communication
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new things
- Investigative ability to understand problems and find solutions
- Good working knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and Data Studio
- Strong organization and time-management skills
