Job Description
Junior Key Account Representative providing expert consultation and support to merchants in a fully remote role at TapMango. Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your merchants, providing expert consultation tailored to their industry and business goals.
- Provide ongoing education and training to merchants throughout their lifecycle, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance merchant success through premium features, best practices, and data-driven insights.
- Support administrative processes including billing, shipments, hardware setup, and merchant design requests.
- Escalate product issues and defects to the Development team following established protocols.
- Proactively monitor account performance, guiding merchants toward strategies that drive customer retention and growth.
- Advocate for customers internally, communicating feedback and feature requests to the Product team.
- Participate in and lead special projects that improve internal processes and customer experience.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure long-term client retention and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum of experience in customer support, account management, or customer success—ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a SaaS sales role preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- A strong passion for helping others, combined with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and improvements.
- Technically savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and the ability to grow from feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
