Job Description
Junior Media Buyer driving user acquisition through social media campaigns for wellness mobile app company. Collaborating with teams to optimize performance based on measurable data, conducting tests, and analyzing results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPI).
- Conduct creative testing and audience segmentation to improve ad efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop high-performing ad creatives and growth strategies.
- Use MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to track, analyze, and attribute campaign performance across app funnels.
- Identify trends and insights to scale successful campaigns and manage budgets efficiently.
- Participate in growth experiments to test new channels, tactics, and creative concepts.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media buying, preferably with Meta and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing, including MMPs, subscription funnels, and Shopify.
- Previous experience working with subscription-based mobile apps—especially in the wellness or fitness category—is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and interpret performance data daily.
- Proven ability to manage and scale ad accounts — experience taking campaigns from $0 to $10K+ daily ad spend is a strong plus (but not a dealbreaker).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
