Job Description
Junior Project Manager for Del Oro Consulting managing projects remotely for a tech giant. Responsibilities include scheduling, risk management, and partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and update Work Schedules
- Support the management of provider/managed service pricing and Market Development Fund programs, engaging with partners and assisting partners in applications, onboarding, and maximizing the use of programs
- Establish a cadence of partner performance reporting and analysis
- Manage, monitor, and update Risk Registers
- Process purchase orders
- Assist larger team in ad hoc projects
- Own and drive key meetings (setting up meetings, sending out agendas, taking meeting notes, sending out meeting notes, following up on action items etc.)
Requirements:
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager roles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to quickly assess situations, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of staff; serve as a resource for maintaining and monitoring technical or business priorities and projects
- Solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Experience driving multiple projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
