Junior Systems Analyst

Job Description
Junior System Analyst at Tribanco transforming manual processes into smart operations. Developing and maintaining systems with a focus on quality and good practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial analysis of incidents and problems by recording information and helping reproduce scenarios;
- Support the creation, updating and organization of documentation and system workflows;
- Assist in bug fixes by analyzing logs and reproducing scenarios;
- Support user acceptance testing together with the business area;
- Ensure the solution is delivered according to the requested scope and cost.
Requirements:
- Completed academic degree in Information Technology;
- Previous experience in development, deployment and maintenance of systems;
- Support technical analyses to understand requirements;
- Experience identifying and fixing bugs;
- Ability to analyze logs to diagnose failures;
- Organized and able to document and track activities;
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, C#, Kotlin, Dart, etc.);
- Knowledge of SQL and databases such as Sybase, SQL Server and Oracle;
- Experience using Git repositories for version control;
- Development and system integration using REST and SOAP;
- Familiarity with log analysis tools.
