Job Description
German-speaking Talent Sourcer for Tribe.xyz; remote across Europe. Sourcing for EMEA/DACH markets with 6–12 months experience; English & German required.

- As a Talent Sourcer, you will:
- Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
- Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
- Measure and record conversion rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
- Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.
- Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; minimum C1 is essential.
- Based in EMEA or within the CET time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours.
- You have a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
- Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
- This is a full-time role that offers an indefinite B2B/freelance contract.
