German-speaking Talent Sourcer for Tribe.xyz; remote across Europe. Sourcing for EMEA/DACH markets with 6–12 months experience; English & German required.

  • As a Talent Sourcer, you will:
  • Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
  • Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
  • Measure and record conversion rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
  • Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.
  • Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.
  • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.
  • Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German; minimum C1 is essential.
  • Based in EMEA or within the CET time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours.
  • You have a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
  • Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.
  • Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
