Job Description
Lead RevOps Strategist enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem for effective revenue operations at Iron Mountain. Requires strategic insights into business processes and automation expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Platform Architect to translate the long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap into detailed, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-manual-input areas within current business processes.
- Deeply understand, manage, and optimize the automation across the full revenue cycle, including Account & Contact Management, Opportunity Funnel, Quoting & Contracting, and ultimately Billing & Revenue.
- Own the full requirements lifecycle, ensuring functional specifications align with the technical design and organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all RevOps data for reporting and financial purposes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst, Solutions Specialist, or equivalent RevOps role, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform, including advanced knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desired.
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience with an enterprise Quote-to-Cash solution. Specific experience with the Conga suite (CPQ, CLM, and Revenue/Billing) is a significant advantage.
- Experience or strong foundational understanding of data center operations, telecommunications, commercial real estate (REITs), or similar capital-intensive, recurring-revenue business models is highly preferred.
- Exceptional critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to define business problems and derive automation-centric solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework, including the ability to act as a Scrum Master or key contributor in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery of platform enhancements.
