Job Description
Consultant launching training and development function for Productive Playhouse, focusing on creating core training programs and templates. Assembling a strategic and hands-on approach to L&D needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess company-wide training needs and create a roadmap of priorities
- Design and pilot 2–3 core training programs, such as Leadership Development or Skills-Based Training for Project Management
- Develop templates, guides, and job aids that we can reuse and scale
- Provide a 12–18 month L&D roadmap and facilitate a “train-the-trainer” session for HR and managers
Requirements:
- Strong background in both instructional design and L&D strategy
- Confident facilitator with engaging communication skills
- Experience with leadership and skills-based training (CA/FL compliance familiarity a plus)
- Ability to deliver scalable, practical solutions within a fixed project scope
- Comfortable with remote delivery; experience designing engaging virtual trainings is essential
