Job Description
Logistics Support Analyst role focused on managing orders, billing, and inventory at Atento in Cuiabá. Requires communication skills and teamwork for high-volume tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Order handling (order processing and customer order support)
- Inventory management
- Billing: issuance and entry of invoices (NF’s)
- Reverse logistics processing and control
- Transportation and transit monitoring
- Preparation and control of reports
- Other related activities. Candidate should be dynamic, proactive, have good reading comprehension (we handle a high volume of emails) and be able to learn quickly.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma (complete)
- College degree in progress or completed is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a team
