Job Description

Logistics Support Analyst role focused on managing orders, billing, and inventory at Atento in Cuiabá. Requires communication skills and teamwork for high-volume tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Order handling (order processing and customer order support)
  • Inventory management
  • Billing: issuance and entry of invoices (NF’s)
  • Reverse logistics processing and control
  • Transportation and transit monitoring
  • Preparation and control of reports
  • Other related activities. Candidate should be dynamic, proactive, have good reading comprehension (we handle a high volume of emails) and be able to learn quickly.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma (complete)
  • College degree in progress or completed is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a team
