Job Description
Manager, Client Pricing at CVS Health managing price guarantee audits and ensuring accurate responses. Analyzing errors, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Control the management of price guarantee audits
- Ensure complete and accurate responses are provided by the commitment date
- Independently review work for accuracy and reasonability
- Analyze root causes of errors and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with functional areas to implement new processes and coding rules
- Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues
- Develop and communicate new processes, process changes with Client Pricing team.
- Manage Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and create reports for all applicable controls.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience supporting Client Pricing Guarantees and Audits
- 2+ years PBM experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
- Adept at problem solving and decision making
- RxClaim knowledge
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
