Job Description
Manager role in Financial Planning & Analysis at Ensemble Health Partners. Leading budget creation and team development for a technology-enabled revenue cycle management company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 2 to 4 analysts
- Manage our instance of Workday Adaptive Planning for all planning models
- Deliver insightful financial variance commentary that goes beyond the numbers
- Advise on ROI and other decision-making around new initiatives
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or FP&A
- Superior financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills
- 1+ years of experience using Adaptive Planning
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- Excel fluency and strong PowerPoint skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization
