Job Description
Marketing Operations & Automation Manager at SpecterOps. Responsible for Marketo management, lead scoring, and data reporting with cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Marketo end-to-end, including program design, lifecycle automation, lead routing, and nurture flows.
- Implement and maintain robust lead scoring models that align with product engagement and buyer intent.
- Design and execute automated campaigns for top-of-funnel nurture, demo-to-POC acceleration, and ABM programs.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, providing clear pipeline visibility, funnel conversion metrics, and forecasting insights.
- Develop and implement forecasting models and attribution frameworks to measure marketing impact.
- Own data quality and integration integrity across Marketo, Salesforce, CDPs, enrichment providers, and website tracking.
- Serve as Marketing’s technical stakeholder with RevOps/SalesOps to align on routing, scoring, funnel definitions, and pipeline modeling.
- Support field marketing, ABM, and campaign teams with technical execution, lead management, and data reporting.
- Act as the technical stakeholder for both automation reliability and analytics accuracy.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in a combined Marketing Automation and Marketing Ops/Data role.
- Expert-level Marketo experience, including automation design, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows.
- Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for building marketing dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills and experience in building data models and attribution frameworks.
- Experience aligning technical solutions with GTM strategies and working cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and PMM.
