Job Description

Marketing Project Manager overseeing go-to-market strategy for demand generation campaigns at SEO agency. Managing multiple initiatives including events and webinars, while tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the go-to-market strategy for demand generation campaigns
  • Manage a range of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and content projects
  • Oversee logistics, promotion, and execution for digital and in-person events
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar aligning projects with priorities and deadlines
  • Coordinate webinar production and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team
  • Track and analyze performance data for ongoing campaigns
  • Manage email campaigns in Active Campaign

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or campaign coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with content marketing practices and campaign reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Active Campaign, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics preferred
