Job Description

Traffic Manager for marketing agency driven by performance and strategy in the digital marketplace. Engaging in campaign optimization and impactful brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up ad accounts and complete campaign structures.
  • Create, optimize and scale campaigns for local businesses, product launches and information products.
  • Implement and maintain tags, pixels and events via Google Tag Manager.
  • Monitor metrics, analyze data and produce strategic insights.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive, decision-oriented reports.
  • Work closely with leadership and other teams to ensure consistency and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience with paid traffic.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels.
  • Experience with campaigns for launches, local businesses and information products.
  • Knowledge of copywriting and strategic communication principles.
  • Excellent Portuguese and intermediate English.
  • Above-average discipline, organization, clarity and responsibility.
