Job Description
Network Support Coordinator overseeing provider network management at Catalight Care Services. Ensuring accurate data entry and providing support to diverse provider inquiries while facilitating orientations and audits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage data from provider network for entry into Provider Practitioner Management (PPM) System
- Review and analyze data to ensure appropriate information has been provided
- Support providers through the understanding of provider manual
- Organize and lead new provider orientation
- Serve as point of contact for provider inquiries (non-clinical)
- Audit provider records in PPM for quality & accuracy
- Provide support with provider performance data validation
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate provider performance meetings
- Support with provider audits and report notifications
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer services and provider service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Must be highly detail oriented.
