Job Description
Nutrition Sales Representative responsible for selling Abbott Nutrition products to healthcare professionals in Ontario. Ensures effective sales strategies and customer engagement while managing inventory and sampling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Create demand for Abbott products.
- Ensure customers are well-stocked with Abbott Nutrition samples and materials.
- Maintain records of sampling and selling activities in real time.
- Prepare territory business plan and ensure proper analysis of territory KPI’s.
- Sell to health care professionals.
- Details adult and pediatric product lines to community-based HCP.
- Optimize call coverage and enters all calls details in SFDC in real time.
- Monitor activities and trends in the field.
- Update territory business plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or science - background in nutrition an asset.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience using basic computer software like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Outlook and Salesforce.com.
- Adaptable from a scheduling perspective and has the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong territory management skills.
- Maintenance of a valid driver’s license at all times.
- Must be able to lift, carry and manage car stock and sample delivery to customers.
- Available for overnight trips, depending on territory could represent up to 10% travel.
