Job Description
Paid Media Specialist managing digital marketing campaigns for KDCI Outsourcing. Focused on lead generation through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and content management on WordPress.
Responsibilities:
- Manage placement of paid ads on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted engagement.
- Use ZoomInfo to pull lists of prospects and companies for lead generation and campaign targeting.
- Implement campaign tasks based on direction, copy, and creative provided by the VP of Marketing.
- Manage content updates across multiple WordPress websites (encoding and publishing).
- Apply basic knowledge of design processes (not a creative role) to support asset handling.
- Coordinate closely with the VP of Marketing for task prioritization, project updates, and approvals.
- Ensure campaign accuracy, data integrity, and timely execution of deliverables.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or operations.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
- Working knowledge of ZoomInfo for prospect and company list building.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, including content updates, formatting/encoding, and basic site management.
- Basic understanding of design processes and workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow structured direction.
