Job Description
Patient Account Representative overseeing clinic operations and ensuring efficient task completion. Involves training new hires and leading high-volume teams in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with management and supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient operations of the specific areas as assigned.
- Responsible for training and onboarding of new hires and/or team lead responsibilities in high-volume areas.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in related field. Related field is defined as Business, Billing, Coding, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, or Scheduling.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated record of leadership and management excellence; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
