Job Description
Professional ensuring governance and excellence in delivery of SAP AMS services. Monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and proposing process improvements in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Professional responsible for ensuring governance, control and excellence in the delivery of SAP AMS services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs and service management best practices.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance and quality of deliveries;
- Consolidate status reports and support the execution of governance committees;
- Control evolutionary and corrective requests, ensuring an efficient service flow;
- Manage the consumption of contracted hours, performing forecasting and monitoring billing;
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in AMS processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a PMO or in AMS management;
- Knowledge of IT governance processes;
- Proficiency in control and management tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira and ServiceNow;
- Certification or knowledge of ITIL and COBIT;
- Experience in SAP environments;
- Experience with performance indicators and executive reporting;
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
