Job Description
Portfolio Management Consultant at Pismo analyzing business projects and ensuring resource allocation. Engage with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders across the business using the end-to-end intake process for portfolio assessment and planning
- Assess incoming requests for business value, strategic alignment, urgency, and feasibility; facilitate prioritization discussions with portfolio leadership
- Assign resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing capacity, skill sets, and business priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for request status, timelines, and resource availability; ensure transparent, timely updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to tracking and reporting by maintaining up-to-date records on the dashboards and systems used by the portfolio to track progress of assessments and planning of new requests
- Adhere to intake, prioritization, and allocation policies, as well as best practices and compliance standards
- Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other functional teams to align on priorities and resolve resource conflicts
Requirements:
- Must be based in Brazil
- English – Advanced (C1)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role within the technology or financial services sector
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver in agile environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with engineering and product lifecycle processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment
