Job Description
Principal Consultant in Operations Consulting for sustainable growth in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage or Infrastructure and Construction. Leading business development and client engagements for significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable growth in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or Infrastructure, Construction & Transport
- Lead business development initiatives and manage multiple large engagements
- Build long-term client relationships and lead major cross-team initiatives
- Increase revenue, deliver profitable margins, and strengthen brand awareness
- Engage with C-level clients and collaborate with industry-leading consultants
Requirements:
- Significant consulting experience in industrial operations
- Deep expertise in either Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or Infrastructure, Construction & Transport
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact industrial operations engagements
- Strong understanding of EHS and operations management value drivers
- Strong values and proven ability to lead and work effectively in teams
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, expand agendas, and advise clients at CxO and Director levels
- Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or MSc
- Fluency in English and French
