Job Description
Procurement Specialist at McKesson, focused on sourcing and managing contracts for Real Estate and Staffing services. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize procurement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Real Estate services (lease management, brokerage, facilities) and Staffing services (temporary labor, direct hire).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain strong relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to optimize procurement decisions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Real Estate, Finance) to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Track spend, savings, and supplier performance; prepare reports for leadership review.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of procurement experience, preferably in Real Estate and Staffing categories.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications (Preferred) CPSM, CPP, or similar procurement certifications.
