Job Description
Product Manager driving product experiences and collaborating with client stakeholders at Nagarro. Leading ideation sessions and translating research into actionable product strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Forge collaboration with client stakeholders for impactful product experiences.
- Drive leadership in ideation sessions, workshops, and strategic planning.
- Translate research insights into actionable product strategies and requirements.
- Employ human-centered and data-driven approaches to identify product gaps.
- Communicate product concepts through flows and prototypes for alignment.
- Participate in the definition, development, and launch of complex applications.
- Support research and testing to validate hypotheses for product decisions.
- Articulate product decisions and business rationales to stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to establish effective development processes.
- Champion product thinking and contribute to the product culture at Nagarro.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience working on complex digital products and services in Product Management, Product Design, or hybrid roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product strategy, design principles, and UX best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills using a human-centered, data-driven approach.
- Comfort using product discovery and design research methods.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, along with strong presentation skills.
- Experience leading product and design reviews, contributing to process improvements.
- The discipline to work remotely and drive initiatives forward independently.
