Job Description
Product Manager managing key product initiatives at Edge to accelerate income equality. Collaborating with teams to build impactful features and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Turn scattered feedback into a simple view of "what could unlock the most value."
- Own key initiatives end-to-end: from first sketchy idea through launch.
- Help triage issues impacting customers or sales.
- Define what "success" means for your work—adoption, completion, etc.
- Work with analytics to track usage and spot patterns.
- Share insights and suggest changes.
- Work with sales and customer success on feature understanding and usage.
- Contribute to release notes, internal FAQs, and demo stories.
- Help set up enough processes for a small team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager (or very similar role) building and shipping software.
- Experience on B2B products.
- Comfortable talking to customers directly.
- Ability to dig into product analytics or basic queries.
- Experience at an early-stage startup (seed/Series A) (nice to have).
