Job Description
Drive predictive modeling and customer engagements as a Product Manager at Guidewire, a leader in P&C insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their claims strategy and operational configuration to advise on how to best utilize Guidewire Industry Intel predictive scores
- Assist with strategic roadmap development for predictive models through customer research and industry understanding
- Interface with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to assist with product sales and provide industry leadership
- Additional work assignments not related to specific project work such as new feature development, external data research, providing user feedback on new products and tools under development
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent industry experience
- Passion for driving measurable business improvement to loss and expense ratios
- 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in data management and predictive analytics
- Deep experience with US/Canadian P&C standard lines of business
- Prior experience as a claims manager, ideally across multiple lines of business.
- Experience and skill in communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to plan and carry out projects with minimal direction
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with desire to solve problems
