Job Description
Product Owner responsible for defining product backlog at KnowledgeCity, enhancing e-learning solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Product Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and ensure the product meets business needs.
- Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan sprints, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality features on time.
- User Story Development: Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to guide the development process.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that the product delivers value to customers to ensure that the product delivers great value to the customers.
- Product Vision: Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and user feedback to inform future development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing product backlogs and delivering successful products.
- Experience in the e-learning or Information Technology sector.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2 and upper), is mandatory for effective communication with partners and clients.
