Job Description
Program Manager overseeing technical support and user engagement for NIH Data Access Program. Collaborating with federal leadership and managing complex operational programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end management of Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows
- Oversee the Privacy Board process
- Lead user support activities
- Manage analytic output and disclosure review operations
- Direct development and maintenance of the Program’s marketing and dissemination plan
- Oversee requirements tracking through implementation of automated workflows
- Lead study closeout and transfer processes
- Manage user engagement, communications, and website operations
- Guide execution of program assessment activities
- Provide supervisory oversight for team members and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of federal data access processes
- Experience with DUAs, privacy compliance, and research oversight workflows
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operational programs
- Experience leading teams in technical user support, training, and documentation development
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex schedules and program reporting requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional groups
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust or higher
