Job Description
Join JLL as a Project Manager, Commissioning, providing support in real estate projects. Oversee commissioning processes and deliverables with technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- The role involves providing reliable support to the Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team.
- Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and executing all facets of Commissioning related projects.
- Liaise with team members, outside consultants, and contractors to lead projects.
- Conduct comprehensive field-based commissioning activities, including site visits.
- Develop, track, and resolve issues using an Issues Log.
- Ability to develop/review/evaluate training programs for installed equipment and systems.
Requirements:
- A recognized university technical degree or equivalent.
- Engineering Degree is preferred.
- Experience in the use of mechanical testing meters, ability to analyze and review reports on test results including portable temperature and humidity data loggers, air flow meters, test and balance, etc.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing.
- Strong data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules concurrently.
