Job Description
Project Manager at Trademark Sign managing commercial signage projects with focus on quality and budget. Ideal for candidates with construction and signage experience in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure project success
- Oversee and track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle (permitting, fabrication, and installation)
- Maintain detailed cost tracking to ensure alignment with project budget
- Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date project records, files and documentation
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Interpret and work from engineered drawings and sign plans
- Scheduling and coordination of site work
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industry
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- 5+ years successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget
- 5+ years business-to-business communication and service
- 5+ years managing and meeting milestones and deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read construction documents and site plans
- Ability to Read & Understand Technical & Contractual Language / Information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
