Job Description
Coordinate RFP/RFI processes and support customer projects through PMO services at Nagarro. Develop project management standards while ensuring centralized compliance and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate RFP/RFI processes, including proposal structure, timelines and approvals
- Develop and maintain project management standards, templates, and governance models
- Implement and enhance SAP Cloud ALM and other project management tools
- Serve as central communication and reporting interface for internal stakeholders and management
- Support customer projects through scalable PMO services (“Project Management-as-a-Service”)
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfers
- Ensure compliance and documentation via centralized collaboration platforms
Requirements:
- Completed university degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in project or bid management, preferably in an international environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or hybrid approaches would be an advantage
- Experience with tools like SAP Cloud ALM, RPA, or modern collaboration platforms would be beneficial
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Proactive mindset, structured working style, and team orientation.
