Job Description
Region Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth in Orthofix's Limb Reconstruction business. Engaging with surgeons and managing distributors in a U.S. territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Engage with orthopedic and trauma surgeons
- Navigate hospital procurement processes
- Align with marketing and medical education teams
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of successful medical device sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced clinical training preferred
- Accredited sales training and clinical acumen in orthopedic fixation strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven success in coaching and motivating distributor partners
