Job Description

Renewal Account Executive focused on managing and growing client relationships. Responsible for contracts and maximizing revenue for Rocket Software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Rocket Software clients and partners with a focus on maintaining and growing renewal rates
  • Communicate maintenance value proposition and manage negotiations
  • Write proposals and complete renewals before due date
  • Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate Rocket teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Maximize maintenance revenue and minimize cancellations

Requirements:

  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate maintenance value proposition
  • Experience with upselling and customer outreach
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on renewal metrics
