Job Description
Renewal Account Executive focused on managing and growing client relationships. Responsible for contracts and maximizing revenue for Rocket Software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Rocket Software clients and partners with a focus on maintaining and growing renewal rates
- Communicate maintenance value proposition and manage negotiations
- Write proposals and complete renewals before due date
- Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate Rocket teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maximize maintenance revenue and minimize cancellations
Requirements:
- Experience managing client accounts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate maintenance value proposition
- Experience with upselling and customer outreach
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on renewal metrics
