Job Description
Revenue Cycle Analyst I at Ensemble Health Partners, focusing on revenue cycle operations reporting and analysis. Collaborates with leadership to improve processes and service levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provides service level revenue cycle operations reporting and analysis within revenue cycle services.
- Escalates issues and concerns with leadership to identify and resolve service level issues.
- Analyze and understand historical data and staffing to forecast future requirements.
- Supports the review, recommendation and implementation of metrics and reporting for Revenue Cycle Services.
- Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation.
- Provides exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 Years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
