Job Description
Sales Agent handling outbound sales for a Marketing company in the iGaming industry, requiring perfect English and Greek communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to provide product information and assistance.
- Support customers with completing their deposits and resolving payment-related issues.
- Reactivate inactive users through personalized outreach (calls, SMS, and email follow-ups).
- Retain and engage current players by promoting ongoing offers and promotions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to deposits, retention, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in outbound or phone-based sales (B2C).
- Previous experience in the iGaming / gambling industry (sales or support) is a strong advantage.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (spoken and written).
- Greek-speaking skills are a must; additional languages such as German or others are a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and achieve measurable results.
